February 26 to March 2 we will be celebrating reading for a whole week! Read Across America Day is March 2 for Dr. Seuss’ Birthday and MC Riley will be celebrating with a whole week to focus on reading, Dr. Seuss, & Leader in Me.   This year we are focusing on Habit 8: Find Your Voice.

Dress up like a storybook character from a Dr. Seuss book, a fairy tale, or a book

you've read with your class.

 

Teachers may want to pre-approve costume ideas.

 

Students should bring a set of uniform clothes in case they

need to change before the day ends.
